The idea of StayOvr started out when we learned of our next-door neighbor’s struggle of moving from Japan to work at Toyota Motors in Texas. Hearing how he had to endure cramped hotel rooms, group moves, and stiff booking systems, we knew there had to be a better solution. From that day, we started building our company to give weary travelers the benefits of a home and the high standard of a hotel. Since we opened in 2016, we’ve been committed to creating a quality lodging experience that empowers our guests. We’ve removed the notion that guests have to spend time and money to temporarily furnish their living accommodations while on the road. Our fully equipped kitchens allow you to buy and store what you want, as well as have yourself a personalized meal. First class amenities in the complex include a sparkling pool, cool cabanas, lounging areas, a workout center, an on-site dog wash and dog park. Yes, you can also bring your furry friend along with you!
Flexibility of Longer Stays –
Because hotels accommodate different types of travelers, their booking system may offer less flexibility in adapting to the business traveler’s needs of extending a stay. At StayOvr, we offer full flexibility to accommodate and extend a guest’s stay from one night to a week to a multi-month stay. Thanks to our 24 hour support, you’ll be able to extend or cancel within a full day’s notice. Staying with us during long periods of time is also more cost-effective than staying long term in a hotel or signing a lease at an apartment. This way, all you need is a suitcase with your personal belongings and you can feel comfortable and confident knowing that our fully furnished apartment will be waiting for you.
We are located in the DFW area, specifically along the North Plano and South Frisco border, alongside Texas State Highway 121 (most commonly known as Sam Rayburn) and Dallas North Tollway (DNT). We currently cater to our guests between 4 properties:

These apartment complexes are in/near mixed-use urban developmental areas within in walk-to-work corporate headquarters, restaurants, and boutiques.
